    Main materials: 200g beef, 1 pitaya
    Adjuvant Materials: hot pepper (green, 1), some oats
    Condiments: salad oil in appropriate amount, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, a little chicken essence, 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 2 red chilies, 1scallion , a little black pepper.

    Pitaya is one of my favorite fruits. Its slightly sweet flavor is just perfect, and it is juicy-which is just to my taste-especially after being refrigerated, fresh and cool. Pitaya is rich in mineral substances, cyanidin and water soluble dietary fiber, among which the cyanidin has the antioxygenation effect, the vegetable proteins it contains have the heavy metal detoxification function. Besides, it is rich in water soluble dietary fiber, is good for losing weight, and is one of the few fruits that diabetics may ingest.
    In this stirred beef with pitaya and oats, besides refreshing pitaya and nourishing beef, I put in the healthy oats to rich the mouth feel and strengthen the effect. To save our tired appetite, please have a try. 
     Cut beef into cubes, season with a little salt, black pepper and salad oil, mix with marinade for 10 minutes; cut the hot pepper into pieces; cut pitaya into small pieces; chop small red pepper; cut the scallion into chunks.  
     Heat oil in a pan until 80% done, add in the cured beef cubes and stir until the color changes, and then remove. 
     Put oil in another pan, heat until 60% done, put in chopped red pepper and scallion, stir until fragrant. 
     Put in the beef cubes, stir until the color changes, add the chili. 
     Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce and salt; continue to stir for 1 minute.
     Add in the piyata pieces, quickly stir until well combined.
     Put in soften oats soaked with water.
     Put in a pinch of chicken essence, stir until evenly cooked.  
    1. The beef shall be cured in advance, the longer, the better; 
    2. When stirring the beef, stir fry to lock in the juice of the meat;
    3. Soak the oats with water in advance, the flavor will be better; 
    4. Finally add in the pitaya, stir until well combined; overheat will affect the mouth feel and flavor.
